The Huron Recreational Riders Association (also known as the HRRA) is a motorcycle club based out of Sarnia, Ontario(Canada) and has a vast membership base reaching as far as the areas of Windsor, Hamilton and Grand Bend. Established in 1984, the main interest of the HRRA is Ice Racing. During the 1990's, an agreement was struck to hold races on the Sarnia Bay, and currently the HRRA host regular Race Events in conjunction with Sarnia's Annual Snow-Fest. During the winter season weekend practices and races are held on Sarnia Bay (weather and ice conditions permitting) while the off-road season presents various sites throughout Lambton County. Lambton Off-Road Riders Associations (also known as LORRA) was formed by a small group of Off-Road enthusiasts. LORRA hosted two events annually and was looking to broaden their base and support. Some of the LORRA members therefore became involved with the HRRA. LORRA's off-season was the HRRA's on-season so the benefits of a merge became clearly obvious. During November of 2004, an election was called to begin a new Executive Board for the new club amalgamated under the HRRA title. HRRA boasts a vast membership of over 100 members. These members include curious newcomers, old-times as well as top level riders in many disciplines of the sport. The Club is proud to have positive support from local businesses, landowners and promoters.
